CJCopley learned through sacrifice and discipline that you can push much further than you ever though possible.

Being a competitive swimmer in high school was truly a defining part of his life
—swimming up to 14,000 meters daily at his peak, receiving gold, silver, and bronze
metals from the Keystone State Games.

He moved to NEPA in 1985 from Rye, N.Y., and grew up in Waverly, graduating from Abington Heights High School in 1993, He received a BBA and an MBA from Wilkes University.

Studying for his undergraduate and master’s degree while working for a family
business gave him the opportunity to learn the principles of business and apply
them at the same time.

“As my career has grown, I’ve continually surrounded myself with individuals who can teach me something. I am always learning and always willing to try something new.”

He also became involved with student government and became president of his class and helped to establish the first University SIFE (Students In Free Enterprise)
Chapter and became its president.

In grad school, he became a business consultant with the Small Business Development Center at Wilkes University and remains actively involved with Wilkes as
a part-time adjunct business professor.

As executive vice-president of sales and marketing at Golden Technologies, a manufacturer of home health-care equipment, he is responsible for all sales, marketing, and customer service activities within the company and has organized “the most talented, professional team imaginable.”

“The bottom line is the team and I do whatever is needed in order to help get
the job done right and ‘do it right the first time’ — our corporate motto,” he said.

Role models include his mother, who taught him to debate instead of argue; his
father, who taught the importance of honesty; and his wife and best friend, Loryn, a
successful small business owner.
