DIME BANK

 

The Dime Bank has recently promoted two employees to the key position of managing a community office. Pamela Kerber has been promoted to Damascus branch manager and Melissa Wilkins has been promoted to Hawley branch manager. Each of them will work with their team to provide customers and area residents with a knowledgeable and secure environment to discuss and conduct their banking needs. As branch managers they are responsible for supervising staff, originating loans, opening new deposit accounts, and overseeing their branch operations including general banking functions and building management. With almost 20 years at The Dime Bank, Ms. Kerber has held various positions. She was promoted to the position of Damascus assistant branch manager in 2007. With more than a decade of banking experience, Ms. Wilkins was promoted at The Dime Bank from head teller to assistant office manager, and now to branch manager. She achieved a status of honor student from the Pennsylvania Bankers Association School of Banking and received diplomas in consumer lending, as well as principles of banking from the PBA.

 

First National Bank

 

First National Bank of Pennsylvania, a wholly owned subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation, announced the hiring of Richard J. Steiner as senior vice president and chief marketing officer for the company. As chief marketing officer, he will be responsible for development and direction of the bank’s strategic marketing initiatives across the four-state footprint, as well as for marketing initiatives of the other subsidiaries of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB). Steiner, comes to First National Bank with over a decade of extensive marketing experience at PNC in a variety of corporate and line of business marketing roles. He most recently served as director of business development at Reed Smith LLP, leading the marketing and business development activities of the firm’s global financial services practice.
