One Point makes a 'visual impact'

One Point Inc., a full-service business solutions company based in Scranton, has announced the purchase of Visual Impact Promotion Agency, a local Scranton company.
Bernie Maopolski, president of Visual Impact Promotions, founded the company in 1996.
“We are excited to welcome Visual Impact to One Point”, said Patrick McMahon, president of One Point, Inc. “Bernie has a wealth of industry knowledge and experience, but even more importantly he has fresh new ideas to promote our clients.”
Visual Impact Promotion Agency helps to grow sales and gain visibility for their clients through a variety of internal and external promotion strategies. They are a hybrid agency, combining strategic, promotional and motivational know-how while serving as a resource for merchandising needs. Maopolski doesn’t just sell items with logos. Visual Impact creates innovative and unique programs. This means examining projects from every angle in order to deliver the most creative solutions and/or merchandise.
One Point Inc. has a long and storied business history that started with the Anthracite Forms Company in 1955. In 1980, Anthracite merged with Keystone Business Forms to become Forms Plus Inc. In 2005 Forms Plus acquired Deemers, The Office People (founded in 1905), and as a result, One Point was formed in March of 2005.
